Recorded here is the first of three movements. Philosopher's lines were taken from Jacques Derrida's The Gift of Death, God and the Young Men's
lines from the St. Joseph's Baltimore Catechism, and Mme Etiquette's lines from Eaton Paper's 1950s promotional pamphlet, It's Fun to Write Letters.
Gérard de Nerval, the 19th century French poet, makes a cameo appearance with a lobster on a leash.
